1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 747link ("747link," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 747link website located at https://747link.net, including all games, services, features, content, and promotional offerings made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

747link reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified may be suspended pending review. Any winnings obtained by ineligible players may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 747link. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Notify 747link immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

747link will never ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 747link requesting your account password should be treated as a phishing attempt. 747link shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. 747link may request government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of payment method ownership as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

747link supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and M Lhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (or as specified on the 747link platform at the time of transaction).
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• 747link does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, 747link reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

747link offers various bonuses, free credits, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms associated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements have been met.
• 747link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in account suspension.
